DEEWAVE Electronics supply a variety of rf coaxial components, such as adapters, connectors, terminations, attenuators and DC blocks, for applications like mobile infrastructure, telecommunication, data systems or aerospace.


An RF coaxial connector that DEEWAVE provide is an electrical connector designed to work at radio frequencies in the multi-megahertz range. RF connectors are typically used with coaxial cables and are designed to maintain the shielding that the coaxial design offers.


The RF Adapters are passive coaxial components that are used to transfer signals from one connector interface to another. They can be used to transition signals from a TNC connector Interface to a SMA connector. The Geometry and gender of each connector interface can vary and be customized to meet the required of a user. RF coaxial adapters are broadly divided in to two types, In-series and between series.


The RF Terminations or loads absorb incident power at a port with minimal reflection, minimizing signal reflection back into the circuit or system. This is done by terminating the port in its characteristic impedance. Any multi-port RF system, whose ports are not all being used should be terminated so that there is any signal incident on these ports will be absorbed. These are used in couplers, hybrids, isolators, test equipment and in systems where a port needs to be terminated.


The RF Attenuators are components that reduce the amplitude level of an incoming signal. They are used to protect systems from receiving a signal with a power level that is too high to process. These attenuators are usually nonnecrotized or available in a surface mount package. They are passive attenuators that provide a fixed attenuation level.


The DC Blocks are coaxial components that prevent the flow of audio and direct current (DC) frequencies while offering minimum interference to RF signals.
